First Parking | 34-60 Little Collins Street | Parkade Car Park

I Parked my car here on Sunday 4.30 pm and left the car park on Monday 1130 am .Parked for approximately for 8 hours. Their website say 28 for flat rate 24 hours parking. However, I was charged for both Sunday and Monday. The operator I talked to over the phone was not very helpful. Will not use them in the future. There are couple of other options near by. Be aware that they reset the parking at 4 Am in the morning so they charge for both days.

Had my car broken into here on Friday 7/11/25 just after 3am. I've parked here plenty of times before with no issues (beyond the spaces being small, however for the price it's reasonable) and I suppose it is not particularly the fault of the garage itself, but however I would recommend a high degree of caution leaving you vehicle here overnight. According to the police attending the scene around 15 other vehicles had been targeted before my own, showing there is no real security presence in the garage. Again, it's a fine place to park and relatively cheap but be aware it is not exactly a "secure" garage.

Had my car broked in to here on Thursday 2 April 2026. Reported to the police, called the operator of the car park who refused to refund the cost of parking despite a repair quote of around $12K. Seriously, no idea.

It was the first time using this car park as we attended the city to watch an international comedian for a laugh. Price was average. No issues to report. Quick exit with entering rego at time of payment was great.

I thought I was getting a flat 24 hour rate of $28.00. I only needed overnight parking. They charged me $56.00. Ok I rant to find out why, 2 of their operators were so rude they disconnected me. The third was getting there but I held her to explain. Apparently there is some small print there that states from 4am to 4am, then you get charged again no matter the time. Not at all a flat rate I thought I was getting. If you ever deal with their customer service be prepared for the most rude people ever.
