Care Park - 18 Spring Street, East Melbourne Car Park

Arrived at 8.20am to find the machine wasn't working and I got double charged. Called the number on the machine and was hung up on twice after a brief and abrasive response from whoever works at CARE. Called later for a reimbursement and was told I needed to fill a form despite the operator confirming I was double charged after checking the time and license details. I was surprised that they would get me to follow this burecratic path after their failure and rudeness, nonetheless, I filled their form and sent it. Got a reply 5 days later that they need proof of payment and 10 digits from my card which I used to pay. I responded that I didn't get proof of payment because the machine wasn't printing receipts and that I did not want to take the risk of giving any of my card details via email which I found unreasonable. They insisted that this is the procedure to get my money back. I complained to ACCC.

It's good for MCG go to a game a little walk but worth it i paid online was fine.

I was double charged because one ticket machine wouldn't print a ticket after I paid and I wasn't sure that the transaction had gone thru. I used the other machine and a ticket was printed so I have paid twice. From reading the comments from another user it appears that the company is making it as hard as possible to get a refund. I won't be using CARe Park again.

Charges more than displayed. Can't do anything about it.

Great location, value for money when parking for long hours.
