I strongly advise others to think twice before using this CBD car park. I wish I could review 0 star instead of 1 star as the car park and service management are terrible My vehicle was broken into while parked here on Monday 27/04/25 and multiple valuable items were stolen. What is most concerning is how targeted and efficient the break-in appeared — this did not feel random. Security in this facility is clearly inadequate for a CBD location. Despite the presence of cameras, there is little visible deterrence, and it raises serious concerns about how safe customers and their belongings really are. Even more worrying, I have since come across similar experiences from other users, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. If you have been affected, I encourage you to report it to Consumer Affairs Victoria or your relevant state fair trading body so this issue is properly investigated. Customers deserve accountability and safer parking facilities.

I was quite scared to park here based on some of the reviews I had read. I in fact ended up going twice or thrice to make sure my car was not broken into. I parked it here for two nights. Broadly everything was actually pretty good. I think the car parks get a bad rep based on maybe a few bad experiences people have had. My experience was all right. On one day when I was about to leave in the morning, my ticket was not working but I was able to contact somebody on the intercom quite quickly. They resolved the issue pretty swiftly, I would say. It could have been better if there was no issue but I can understand there was an issue and they resolved it pretty quickly so I had a good experience. I wouldn't say it's full peace of mind but I would say it's definitely more maligned than my experience was .

DO NOT PARK HERE. A pattern of break ins, a now my car was next. See the other reviews already posted, it’s not worth risking having your car here, the car park is not secure at all. Your safety is worth more.

is one of the most unsafe and poorly managed parking facilities I’ve ever used. I initially reported a break-in I witnessed on a car parked directly opposite my bay. Management’s response was dismissive — a casual "we’ll look into it." Just one week later, my own car, along with five others on the same level and at least two more on different levels (that I could visibly confirm), were also broken into. Despite claims of "beefed up security," clearly nothing has improved. How is that possible if seven more cars were targeted? The facility is easily accessible to the public, making it a serious security risk. Management and security staff are completely ineffective and show little to no urgency when serious incidents occur. I’ve also attached photos, including images of used needles found in the stairwells — highlighting just how unsafe the environment really is. Do not park here. Your safety and your vehicle are not a priority at this facility.

I was a little unsure about parking here at first because some of the reviews.... But I couldn’t find parking anywhere else in the CBD that day, so I figured I’d give it a go. Honestly, it’s been totally fine. The place is definitely older and nothing fancy, but it’s clean and it works. I’ve been parking here for a few months now and haven’t had any issues getting in or out, and my car has always been exactly how I left it. The location is super handy if you’re already in the city, and the early bird rate is actually decent compared to other car parks around. If I had to point out a downside, the spaces can be a bit tight — nothing dramatic, just the usual "CBD car park squeeze," but it’s something to be aware of if you drive a bigger car. Overall, it’s still a city car park, so I just use common sense and don’t leave anything valuable sitting on the seat.
