Nationwide Parking - 474 Flinders Street

Absolutely disgusting service. We expected to pay the advertised $16 flat rate, but were charged $45 for only 3–4 hours on the King’s Birthday public holiday. When I questioned it, the staff member rudely said, "It’s your problem. We didn’t mention that public holidays have a flat rate." His attitude was arrogant, aggressive and completely unacceptable. Do not park here. Save yourself the frustration and use Wilson Parking next door, which clearly offered a $15 flat rate.

The carpark in front of Sea Life is very expensive during weekdays, which is quite disappointing. On weekends, the rates are much better, making it a more reasonable option. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t great — the stairs are not accessible for exiting, and when I tried, they smelled strongly of urine. I had to use the ramp to get out instead. Definitely something management should improve.

No option for 0 stars. Do NOT park here if you are taking children with prams. No accessibility, broken lift buttons and an absolute rip off. Had to lift my pram over the top of another persons car to get it in. Customer service a nightmare. Disgraceful

Safe place to park close to hotels, cafes, Flinders st station and eateries. Not expensive. Some Motels nearby use this car park.

Parked to have dinner during New Year’s Eve 2024-2025. Paid $30 flat rate compared to $50 at the crown. Staff were very friendly. Driving a larger car during busy times would definitely be a challenge for some as it’s tight, but that’s not uncommon in the city from my experience.
