A very central location to park if you wish to do shopping or have business in the city. It is 24/7 and unmanned but there are help assistance buttons if you get stuck. It can be quite busy if there are community events being held in the city and fills very fast. Is very safe with security cameras monitoring the area.

Perth CBD is slowly dying, and parking is a big reason why. Shopping centres offer free parking, but the city keeps removing it. People will always choose convenience, and right now the CBD is losing that battle. This needs urgent review before more businesses suffer.

Stupid design, can only pay at the machine on the 5th floor, can't pay at the gate. A huge company but never update a better devices to increase customer experience. Very expensive parking fee. 2 hours 13 dollars.

I recently used CPP Cityplace Parking in Perth city, and it was a solid experience. The location is super convenient — right in the heart of the CBD, walking distance to places like Hay Street Mall, Murray Street, and the Perth Cultural Centre. The ramps are well-lit and clean, the parking bays are wide enough, and I felt safe entering and exiting (both day and night). Rates were reasonable for CBD parking, but definitely check on weekends for free options around Perth CBD. The entry/exit of CPP Cityplace was smooth — no long queues or confusing signage. Overall, great value for convenience; would use it again without hesitation.

It's almost always full especially during long shopping night on a friday but honestly, it's the most convinient parking in the city. Have good access going to CBD and Northbridge. The only down side i don't love about it is the fee. It's very expensive. Like you'll pay a full day worth ($21) for staying 3 hours. But it's free if you come in after 6pm.
