Wilson Parking - 6-10 O'Connell Street, Sydney North, NSW Car Park

Not coming back anymore. This car park lacks management and is worse than street parking. We parked here in the evening of 1 Nov 2025 and came back after dinner only to find our car (together with 5 other cars) blocked by 2 cars in the exit way, meaning that we couldn't leave the car park at all. When we were there, there were 2 car owners who also came back to see their cars stuck inside with no way of getting out. The car park had no staff and we tried calling the number written on a note (the CS hotline number) but the voice recording simply said nobody could attend to our call outside of their working hours. We pressed the help button at the gate, but the only solution offered by the supervisor was to ask the building manager to put a warning sign on the cars blocking our exit way. This is an unhelpful solution and they said they couldn't tow the cars to give way even though the terms (#12) written at the gate mention that Wilson Parking has the right to move vehicles. This means we had no choice but to stand there and wait until the owners of the 2 cars to come back. We eventually waited for 1 hour and since it was getting late, we had to leave without getting our car. And the owners/drivers of the 2 cars never came back before we left. This is very disappointing and the mismanagement of this car park is stunning.

Excellent parking option for the area. Parking attendants actually park your car so no need to drive around looking for a spot. Drive in, and stop where the parking attendant motions. Booking online for the best rates as drive up rate is $95 for the day, online is $59

It's a rather small car park but well lit and clean. Very limited space and valet parking so the usual warnings.

This car park is tiny. 2 floors, maybe 10 spots each level.

Outrageous car parking. Yes the price is upfront on the website but $60 for 2 hours of parking is criminal no matter which way you look at it, and the sign is angled in a way where you can’t see the prices until you’re already halfway down the ramp and have no choice but to park there. Funny thing is after asking around there are better and more affordable Wilson’s nearby for nearly half the price. Steer clear of this one
